On the agenda for Monday night’s Burien City Council – a special meeting on real estate pricing (perhaps for the new hotel), election of a new Deputy Mayor, city issues with Sea-Tac Airport and more.

The special meeting starts at 6 p.m. and the regular council meeting is at 7 p.m., at City Hall, located at 400 SW 152nd Street.
