Held at the new Four Points by Sheridan Hotel in Des Moines, each spoke about their cityâ€™s status, new projects and visions for the future. Representing Burien was Deputy Mayor Bob Edgar, who spoke about the cityâ€™s recent, record number of new permits, how a BECU will be soon be opening in Burien Town Square Parkâ€™s retail area, new developments at NERA, Group Healthâ€™s plans to re-build, the cityâ€™s desire to open a hotel, its upcoming re-branding efforts and more.
