We set up our live streaming camera across from one of Burien’s most important landmarks – The Hobnobber Tavern – on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, and broadcast the city’s 97th annual Independence Day Parade. The highlight – other than having candy thrown at our feet all day at the oldest parade in the county – was that the Seafair Pirates appeared not just once, but twice, firing off the Moby Duck’s cannon at the very end to the delight of all (okay, one kid plugged his ears…).
