The Highline Heritage Museum in Burien will be featuring Seattle artist Annie Walker’s exhibit, “Night Weeds: Collage & Painting,” on view now through Oct. 2, according to information from the museum.

An artist reception is scheduled for 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7 at the museum (map below).

Walker’s work blends fast, intuitive mark making with slower observational drawing, moving from studies of a potted plant into ink drawings, monotype prints and collage.
