25759895005_b4d9f6b829_h The Boy Scouts of Troop #375 – headquartered at St. Francis of Assisi – recently walked around Burien’s Seahurst neighborhood in their annual “Scouting For Food” drive. The generosity of that community resulted in a haul of a quarter-ton of donations – 512 pounds of food to be exact. Several of the Scouts in their monthly community service then helped sort the food, which was donated to Transform Burien’s food pantry, along with delivering monetary and clothing contributions for their thrift shop.]]>
