Arts A Glow 2016 Arts-A-Glow, Burien’s Unique & Oh So Sweet Lantern Festival and Procession, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 10 at Dottie Harper Park. This is an annual, magical evening in the forest! Lantern art and performers, face painting, lantern making, food vendors and tea and treats. Community Procession at Dusk! Bring your lanterns!
