The City of Burien has issued a Call for Artists for its 2025 Gallery Program, inviting local artists to apply for exhibition opportunities at three prominent locations.
The application deadline is Friday, Aug. 23, 2024.
Artists can showcase their work at three locations, and each venue offers unique display opportunities and stipends:
- Burien Community Center Lobby
14700 6th Ave SW, 2D Only
2-month exhibit, $50 artist stipend - Maverick Apartments Window
150th & 6th Ave SW, 2D or 3D
4-month exhibit, $250 artist stipend - Merrill Gardens Senior Living Windows
4th & 150th SW, 2D or 3D
4-month exhibit, $250 artist stipend
