St. Francis of Assisi’s Arts & Crafts Fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at two separate locations on the school/church campus, and they’re seeking Vendors.

  • There will be room behind your table for “Free Standing” display boards.
  • We must insist that you use only your own 6×8 space and not extend your merchandise into your neighbors area or in the aisle ways.
  • No large display boards at the end of the banquet table will be allowed. Sellers are responsible for their own table coverings and currency exchange.
  • The buildings will be open for setup at 7 a.m. and closed by 5:00 p.m.
  • Sellers are asked to remain open until 4 p.m. unless sold out.

They will have volunteers at the beginning and at the end to help carry your merchandise from and to your car (free of charge).

  • WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • WHERE: The event is taking place in two separate spaces within the school/church facility — Unity Place (lower level of the Church) & McClean Family Center (Gym) 15226 21st Ave SW, Burien, WA (map below).
  • FEES & SPACE:
    • $50.00 for space in the McClean Family Centery – gym (spaces are 6×8 feet) — total of 48 spaces available
    • $45.00 for space in the Unity Place – underneath the church (spaces are 6×8 feet)– total of 31 spaces available
    • $10.00 additional for a table*.

* St. Francis will not be responsible for fire, theft, breakage, or injury. Exhibitors agree to reimburse St. Francis for any damages arising from exhibitor’s use of said facilities.

  • We will accept applications by post mark date, on a first come basis.
  • If you need to cancel at any time, 15 days notice is required to receive a refund.
