WHEN: Thursday, July 20 through Sunday, July 23:

• Thursday: 3 – 10 p.m. (Balloon Glow)
• Friday: 3 – 10 p.m.
• Saturday: Noon – 10 p.m.
• Sunday: Noon – 10 p.m.
