Sing along to your favorite film musical soundtrack, or watch the action, at BAT Theatre’s next Movie Musical Karaoke on Tuesday night, June 9 at The Tin Room.
All ages are welcome when doors open at 5:30 p.m., and it’s karaoke from 6-9 p.m. at The Tin Room Theater (923 SW 152nd Street.
You can drop in any time.
Selection of movie musicals will be provided to play on the Tin Room’s big screen, or bring your favorite movie musical DVDs. There will be solos, duets, and group singalongs. Costumes and choreography are encouraged but not required.
Admission is a $5 donation for patrons under 21, who must be accompanied by someone over 21, and $10 for everyone else. You can pay online or at the door. Thanks to The Tin Room, all proceeds support BAT Theatre, which brings you better live theater! Stop in at The Tin Room Restaurant for dinner and/or drinks before or after karaoke. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m.
BAT’s Movie Musical Karaoke is held on the second Tuesday of each month.
