Discover the wonders of marine life illuminated by flashlight during three upcoming Moonlight Beach Walks at Seahurst Park, including two this weekend.

Hosted by the Environmental Science Center (ESC), these guided walks offer a unique opportunity to explore the beach at night during low tide.

Event Dates and Times:

  • Friday, Dec. 13: 8 – 10 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 14: 8:30 – 10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Jan. 11: 7:30 – 9:30 p.m.

ESC naturalists will provide tips on marine stewardship, offer wildlife identification sheets, and share insights into the coastal ecosystem.

Participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight, waterproof footwear, and warm clothing.

After the walk, attendees can enjoy warm drinks near the park entrance, where restrooms will be open.
