Kids and families are invited to join the first-ever B-Town Derby, a pinewood derby-style race taking place during this year’s Father’s Day Car Show in Burien on Sunday, June 15, 2025.
Thanks to the support of local Burien businesses, the Discover Burien event will provide 400 free pinewood derby car kits for children to build and race.
Kit distribution will begin this Thursday, May 15 at the Burien Farmer’s Market, with additional pickup dates and locations to be announced.
The derby is designed to bring families and the community together for a fun and creative competition, adding a new feature to Burien’s popular Father’s Day Car Show.
