Hi-Liners Musical Theatre (HMT) is expanding access to arts education by offering 100 summer camp scholarships to students enrolled in King County public schools for Summer 2026.
The scholarships are funded through the 4Culture Curiosity Grant and are designed to help more children and teens experience the creativity, confidence, and community that theatre provides.
- HMT summer camps run June 29 through August 28 and are open to students ages 5–16.
- Camps include exciting themes inspired by popular musicals, movies, and pop culture. Students will spend the week learning acting, singing, and movement while building teamwork and performance skills in a fun and supportive environment.
- Each camp has a free performance for friends and family at the end of the week.
“These scholarships help remove financial barriers so more young artists can discover the joy of theatre,” said HMT Artistic Director Kathleen Edwards. “The performing arts build confidence, creativity, and friendships that last long after the curtain closes.”
Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and each student may apply for one camp session. All scholarship requests are confidential. Families can view camp descriptions and apply for scholarships online:
