The King County Medical Examiner’s Office (KCME) on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 identified a body found on Wednesday, Feb. 19 in Burien as that of William Robert Webb, 58.
Webb’s remains were discovered Wednesday in a wooded area near the intersection of SW 160th Street and 4th Ave SW, according to officials.
KCME indicated that Webb had been missing since Sept. 1, 2023, with the last location of residence listed as a camp site in Burien.
The King County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
However, details regarding the cause and manner of death remain pending as authorities continue their investigation.
Officials have not disclosed whether foul play is suspected.
