Burien Police / King County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that early Thursday morning, May 4, 2023 at about 1 a.m., deputies were flagged down by a male at SW 128th Street and Ambaum Blvd. SW who said he had been stabbed.

Deputies called for aid, and conducted a search for the suspect, but said they were initially unable to locate anyone.

Police say that the victim was taken to the hospital and the case is being sent to detectives for follow up.

UPDATE 3:45 p.m. May 4, 2023:

Police say that the suspect in this case was identified, apprehend and booked into King County Jail.

There is no current threat to public safety. 

The case is still active and ongoing. 

No other details have been released at this time.
