With election season behind us, residents of south King County have a new opportunity to cast their votes at the annual Thanksgiving “Dinner or Pardon” in support of Transform Burien.
Community members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to the annual “Dinner or Pardon” food drive fundraiser, located outside the Krull’s house located on the corner of SW 200th Street and 3rd Ave SW in Normandy Park (map below).
Participants can “vote” by placing their food donations in either the “Dinner” or “Pardon” bins, a playful nod to Thanksgiving traditions.
All food collected will benefit Transform Burien, a local organization that provides meals and resources to community members in need.
Organizers hope the friendly competition will inspire residents to give generously this holiday season, helping to stock the food bank for the coming winter months.

Having never participated before, I don’t know when this happens. Is there a date or date range?
