REMINDER: The Krull Family’s annual “Dinner or Pardon” Food Drive in support of Transform Burien will be open through Thanksgiving Day (this Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024) in Normandy Park, so if you haven’t participated, now’s the time!

Community members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to the annual fundraiser, located outside the Krull’s house located on the corner of SW 200th Street and 3rd Ave SW in Normandy Park (map below).

Participants can “vote” by placing their food donations in either the “Dinner” or “Pardon” bins, a playful nod to Thanksgiving traditions.

All food collected will benefit Transform Burien, a local organization that provides meals and resources to community members in need.

Organizers hope the friendly competition will inspire residents to give generously this holiday season, helping to stock the food bank for the coming winter months.
