Northwest Symphony Orchestra will be conducting an online, outdoor performance of “Musical Performances in Nature – National Parks at Benaroya Goes Outdoors” on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, starting at 7 p.m.

The Burien-based Orchestra is partnering with Washington’s National Parks Fund to celebrate our “National Parks at Benaroya” – but this year it’ll be online and outdoors.

Music by Bach, Pachelbel (his popular canon) and northwest composer Nels Magelssen will be performed in unique outdoor settings, and the event concludes with dramatic visuals from Washington’s National Parks with music by Vivaldi.

As featured on KOMO 4 and KING 5 TV, the Musical Mountaineers will also perform a world premiere; to view this free event on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m., go to northwestsymphonyorchestra.org and click on the event on the NWSO’s home page.
