[EDITOR’S NOTE: The following article is another from our youngest-ever Contributor – 11-year old Isabel Herbruger – who has been submitting stories and photos as part of her effort to earn a Girl Scout badge for journalism, as well as qualify for a 4H photography project. We encourage residents of all ages to submit stories and photos for posting – for consideration, please email yours to [email protected]!] Photos and Story by Isabel Herbruger, age 11 I caught the Bears at the White Center Jubilee Days Carnival and Fireworks show Wednesday night (July 15) helping out. Buntly and the players were kept busy with fans before the fireworks – they were handing out game tickets and trading cards. Their rookie baseball trading cards are awesome, I can’t wait to finish collecting them from all the players and get them signed at the games this weekend!
