Burien CARES is joining the free summer concert series at Lake Burien School Park most Thursdays, bringing adoptable dogs to meet community members, according to information from the organization.

On Thursday, July 16, adoptable dogs Olly, Gizmo, Tinker, Ralph and Apollo attended the concert featuring the Cuban sounds of SuperSones.

The appearances give Burien residents and nearby South King County neighbors a chance to meet adoptable dogs in a public, family friendly setting during local summer events.

“Latin beats. Happy paws. Summer done right,” Photographer Jen Ritz told The B-Town Blog.

Burien CARES said its next scheduled appearance with adoptable dogs will be at the DubSea Fish Sticks baseball game on Friday night, July 17.
