Public Health – Seattle & King County has ordered the closure of Antojitos Ice Cream Yesi, located at 13605 Ambaum Blvd SW, citing multiple health code violations, including operating without a valid permit and lacking proper handwashing facilities.

The establishment was shut down April 2, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., after health inspectors discovered that the mobile food unit was not utilizing an approved commissary kitchen for food preparation and equipment cleaning. The absence of handwashing facilities was deemed an imminent health hazard.

According to Public Health officials, operating without a valid permit and proper sanitation measures poses significant risks to public safety.

The business must address these violations and undergo re-inspection before it can resume operations, officials said.

Information for restaurants closed by Public Health will remain online for a minimum of 7 days after the establishment is reopened.
