A School Supplies Drive will be held at the Burien Library this Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023, from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. in the first floor meeting room.
“Come take a moment away from the Burien Farmers Market to drop off a school supply or two and meet the Highline Education Association and Washington Education Association endorsed candidates for Highline School Board,” organizers said.
Those organizers are:
- Michael T. Lewis, District 1
- Carlos Ruiz, District 4
This event is not sponsored in any way by the Burien Library or the King County Library System.
All school supplies will be given to the Highline Schools Foundation for Highline students.
