The Burien Arts Association announced this week that it has canceled its planned ARTvant-garde gala, originally scheduled for Friday, June 28, 2025.
The nonprofit’s board shared the update in a message to The B-Town Blog on Monday, June 2, 2025, thanking community members and partners who helped promote the event and its related artist and designer calls earlier this spring.
While full details about the cancellation have not been shared, organizers encourage the community to stay tuned for future announcements and opportunities to support Burien Arts.
The organization will refund all artists and designers who registered.
“We will have an update in the coming months on how/when we will be putting together a (fund)raising event,” organizers told The B-Town Blog.
