VIDEO: Piece Of World Trade Center Arrives At South King Fire & Rescue

On Tuesday (Aug. 30), South King Fire & Rescue Lieutenant Scott Mahlen and Firefighter Sven Schievink brought a piece of the World Trade Center, destroyed nearly 10 years ago on 9/11, to Station 64 in Federal Way.

The beam will be on display on Saturday. Sept. 3rd at the Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market at the South Marina Park from 10 a.m. till Noon and then travel back to Federal Way, its permanent home.
