Burien Police/King County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a 14-year old boy was shot in the back as he was sitting in a truck near a laundromat located on Ambaum Blvd. SW near SW 136th Street (map below) Tuesday night, Oct. 31.
Police responded to a call of shots being fired in the area at around 10:15 p.m.
When they arrived, deputies found the teen, talking and alert in the truck, with non life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center.
Police add that two people were seen running from the area, but they were not found after a search that included K-9.
