It’s time again to roll up those sleeves to tackle trash and beautify Burien during Discover Burien’s annual ‘Clean Sweep’ event, to be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021.

From 8 a.m. – 12 Noon, volunteers will be picking up litter, eliminating graffiti and sweeping sidewalks throughout Burien.

“Come join in and help clean up Burien!”

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

    • Show up at the Burien Fire Station (900 SW 146th Street; map below) at 8 a.m.
    • You will sign a release and then pick an area to pick up litter.
    • Grab supplies and a snack before you start your shift – provided by wonderful sponsors.
    • At 11 a.m. organizers will start serving up hot dogs for lunch and a raffle will start at 11:30 a.m.

“Each year we raffle off a brand new bike and many other items. Come join in and help clean up Burien during Clean Sweep!”
