Residents of Burien Town Square Condominiums held another successful fundraiser for local needy families this year, raising $1,600.

Bunny Critch coordinated the collection, and along with Peggy Cummings donated the funds to incoming Fire Chief Jason Gay at the King County Fire District No. 2 station on Thursday morning, Dec. 21, 2023.

Proceeds will help fund the department’s 2023 Holiday Outreach program that firefighters do for 25 local, needy families.

“Thanks Bunny and all who contributed, including Janet, Peggy, Pam, and Carole who provided security as they accompanied Bunny to the Fire Department,” organizers said.
