A tree branch fell down on some power lines between 1st Ave South and 4th Ave SW on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

It’s likely the branch was knocked over by a gust of wind.

Police closed the street temporarily, and Seattle City Light responded to fix the lines and remove the tree branch.

There were at least three power outages in Burien affecting 79 customers also, according to Seattle City Light’s outage map.
