Parents, educators, and community members are invited to participate in a Community Conversations event focused on the academic welfare of children, hosted by Highline Good Neighbors from 6:30–7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Burien Library.

The educational series will provide an opportunity for attendees to discuss their children’s educational experiences, school performance, networking with other parents, and accessing resources to support student success.

Former school board director Melissa Petrini will lead the discussion, with a special presentation by invited reading specialists.

The event is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the library’s Council Meeting Room.

Please RSVP by Mar. 16

Due to space limitations, attendees are asked to RSVP by Mar. 16 by emailing HighlineGoodNeighbors@gmail.com.
