Having the right tools and equipment is very important to us. The best gear and procedures get the work done faster, reduce strain and help the days fly by.

The work is for residential and commercial clients and includes;

- Cleaning roofs, gutters, siding, dryer vents & pressure washing, preparing homes for sale, and snow plow and ice melt spreading in the winter months.
- We perform a variety of “seasonal” work that overlaps throughout the different times of the year, which means a steady work flow for you.

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Building Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work. Must have M-F daytime availability.

The ideal candidate would enjoy / prefer to work outdoors, be comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Should be able to lift 75-100lbs as needed, with clear verbal and written communication skills.

Climbing harnesses, ropes and safety gear are used on a near daily basis. Someone who enjoys rock climbing and rappelling would enjoy the job.

Must have a reliable truck / Van, and be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug and alcohol screening. Given the importance of workplace safety, we maintain a drug and alcohol free workplace. ** Responsible Cannabis use outside of work hours excepted **

There is a major benefit to the position in regards to the current state of the Covid-19 situation. By design, we work independently and at a safe social distance from our customers. Considering the current uncertainty in the job market, work cleaning and disinfecting looks to be stable and growing. Our past experience weathering through the Great Recession has taught us that demand for our services remains steady, despite economic ups and downs.

The tasks we provide are considered essential, and we were able to work through the “Stay at Home” order, and “Phase 1, 2, 3 etc..”

Compensation is negotiable and DOE.
