The Kennedy Catholic Lancers continued their dominant season with a resounding 57-20 high school football victory over the Kentwood Conquerors on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 28, 2024 at Highline Memorial Stadium.
The Lancers, who entered the game with an unblemished 3-0 record, showcased their offensive prowess by racking up an impressive 57 points against their North Puget Sound League 4A conference rivals.
This win further solidifies Kennedy Catholic’s position atop the NPSL 4A district standings.
Kentwood, which came into the matchup with a 1-2 record, struggled to contain the high-powered Lancers offense throughout the contest. Despite managing to score 20 points, the Conquerors were unable to keep pace with Kennedy Catholic’s relentless offensive attack.
This victory marks the fourth consecutive win for the Lancers this season, following their impressive 42-0 shutout against Tahoma High School just a week prior. The team’s offensive output has been remarkable, averaging over 40 points per game in their last two outings.
The Lancers (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against the Auburn Trojans (3-1).
