The Kennedy Catholic Lancers varsity football team won Saturday’s home conference game against Kentwood Conquerors (Covington) by a score of 49-6 at Highline Memorial Stadium in Burien.
The Lancers dominated from the beginning, and led by a score of 27-6 at halftime.
Scoring only a field goal in the 3rd, Kennedy conquered the Conquerors by scoring three more touchdowns in the 4th quarter.
The win puts the Lancers at an overall 2-1 and 1-0 record in the 4A North Puget Sound District.
Kennedy Catholic’s next football game will be a home conference matchup at Highline Memorial Stadium against Decatur (Federal Way) on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, with a 1 p.m. kickoff.
