The Kennedy Catholic Varsity Boys Football team delivered a commanding performance Friday night, shutting out Tahoma High School with a 42-0 away game victory at Maple View Middle School in Covington.

From the opening whistle, the Lancers dominated both sides of the ball, quickly establishing control of the game.

Indiana Jones, the Lancers’ running back, had an exceptional night, scoring multiple touchdowns and consistently finding gaps in Tahoma’s defense. His speed and agility were evident as he rushed for significant yardage, making him a focal point of Kennedy Catholic’s offensive strategy.

Kennedy’s defense was impenetrable, preventing Tahoma from gaining much traction throughout the contest, while the offense executed flawlessly to rack up six touchdowns.

The Tahoma Bears struggled to keep pace with Kennedy’s aggressive play, unable to break through their defensive line or contain their dynamic offense. The Bears are now 0-3.

Kennedy’s record is now 3-0 and in first place in the NPSL 4A conference.

Their next game will be against Kentwood High School (1-2), with a 1 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Sept. 28 at Highline Memorial Stadium.
