Burien Police / King County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a male was found lying on the ground with gunshot wounds at the Arco/AMPM gas station in the 13500 block of Ambaum Blvd. SW in Burien (map below) at around 3 a.m. Wednesday morning, July 19, 2023.
Police say they received a 911 call at 3 a.m. regarding shots being heard at that location. Upon arrival, KCSO Patrol found a male lying on the ground with gunshot wounds.
The male was transported to a local area hospital for his injuries. There is no update on the status of the male, nor information on the victim.
There is no information on the suspect as of yet.
One adult male is in custody.
Major Crimes Detectives are on scene.
“As this is an active and open investigation this is all the information to be released as of now,” police said.
