Normandy Park’s Troop #392 is celebrating its third Eagle Scout of 2026, recognizing Charlie Flue after a service project that included renovating landscaping and replacing a staircase at the Three Tree Point cabin, according to the troop.
Flue celebrated the achievement at an Eagle Court of Honor on Saturday, Oct. 17. His project included planning the improvements as well as carrying out the renovations.
He joins Jayce Jones and Hunter Ma, who earned Eagle Scout rank earlier this spring, the troop said. All three completed projects that improved local gathering places and outdoor spaces.
Jones’ project included installing picnic tables and landscaping around the tennis courts at Normandy Park Cove. Ma reconstructed a trail path and installed signs at the Cove.
Based at John Knox Presbyterian Church in Normandy Park, Troop #392 has been part of the community for more than 63 years, according to the troop.
