REMINDER: The Highline Community Symphonic Band will present its spring concert, “ROAR! Purrfect Harmony: A Concert for Pet Lovers!” this Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Highline High School Theater.
Directed by Corinne Smith, the performance is dedicated to animals, pet lovers, and especially rescue pets.
The concert will be held at Highline High’s theater (not the Performing Arts Center) at 225 S. 152nd Street in Burien (map below), with entry by the sports fields in the back of the high school.
Admission is free, but donations are welcome. A portion of proceeds will benefit Burien C.A.R.E.S. Animal Shelter.

The band, a charitable organization, is partially funded by the City of Burien and King County 4Culture.
