A 20-year-old gang member considered “armed and dangerous” was arrested late Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2025, after a Crime Stoppers tip led police to a Burien home, the Renton Police Department Violent Crime Unit (VCU) confirmed.
Alberto Nunez was taken into custody without incident after officers found him hiding in a closet.
Police said that Nunez, who has threatened to kill law enforcement and their families, was wanted on warrants for assault and illegal possession of a firearm.
