The Shark Garden will hold a Holiday Sale fundraiser in Burien on Saturday, Oct. 24, to help pay for moving some of its display gardens to the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden next spring, organizers announced.
The sale runs from Noon to 3 p.m. at the garden, located (for now) at 614 SW 120th Street (map below).
Free parking will be available.
Shoppers can find jams, jellies, herb salts, sauces and gifts made from garden produce, according to the event announcement.
Wanderlust Nursery also will sell plants, and a separate bake sale will raise money for a local children’s robotics program.
Organizers said the garden fundraiser will support relocation costs for some display gardens to the Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden next spring.
