All Washington cities are eligible to nominate a student. In 2014, 39 cities participated, so chances for selection are good! More information and application forms can be found at . Students must submit the application, a personal essay and one recommendation letter. Applications must be sent to the following City Councilmembers by these deadlines –

Each City will nominate one student who is or has been involved with a city government, community and/or school leadership activity and exemplifies local student leadership.
