Here’s the ‘Burien Bunny Workout,’ courtesy Burien Parks:

    • Stretching
    • Jumping Jacks- 20
    • Bunny Hops- 20
    • Crunches- 20
    • Push Ups- 10 (regular or modified)
    • Planks- Hold for as long as you can (either from elbow or hands)
    • Skaters- 30 seconds

Repeat everything 3 times!
