Ola Salon, a longstanding fixture in the Burien community, was broken into early Monday morning, May 19, 2025, prompting a police investigation and an outpouring of support from local residents.

Surveillance footage (see videos below) captured the suspect smashing the front door with a large rock during the early morning hours before entering the salon. The video has been turned over to the Burien Police Department for investigation.

The salon has operated in Burien for over 20 years and is known for its luxury hair and aesthetic services.

  1. As a longtime resident of the area, I can’t believe I was unaware this salon existed! I will absolutely be booking some self care appointments this week
