With less than a month to go until the 4th of July, the Three Tree Point Fireworks fund is still in need of donations. Here are more details from the fund’s website:

The Three Tree Point Fireworks Fund is a non-profit, all-volunteer based organization.  Its mission is to help continue great community traditions and to build some new ones.  For the community, by the community. The primary focus of the Fund is to keep the Community’s 4th of July fireworks tradition alive and well.  Originally started by the Miller family as a gift to The Three Tree Point Community, the fireworks tradition has grown into a week of activities and family fun that includes a pancake breakfast, kids games, flag raising and awards, kids bike parade, donor party and of course, our incredible barge-based, high-altitude fireworks show.  Funds go to ensure all the permits, insurance, vendors for the firework show and donor party.
