On Sunday (Sept. 24), around 350 motorcycle riders cruised through Burien, and raised over $25,000 as part of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride for the Movember Foundation, which is focused on men’s health charities. This cruise was part of a worldwide ride, took place in 581 cities, with sound 92,000 riders, and raised almost $5 million dollars for various men’s issues. Here’s more info from the DGR website:

“Our focus is on gentlemen who have been dealt a tough hand in life. In particular, we raise funds for research into prostate cancer and mental health programs as part of our mission to support men’s health globally. These funds are invested by our partners the Movember Foundation, the world’s largest men’s health organisation.”
