On Sunday (Sept. 24), around 350 motorcycle riders cruised through Burien, and raised over $25,000 as part of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride for the Movember Foundation, which is focused on men’s health charities. This cruise was part of a worldwide ride, took place in 581 cities, with sound 92,000 riders, and raised almost $5 million dollars for various men’s issues. Here’s more info from the DGR website:
“Our focus is on gentlemen who have been dealt a tough hand in life. In particular, we raise funds for research into prostate cancer and mental health programs as part of our mission to support men’s health globally.
