Painting a Better Tomorrow (PBT) will take place on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, and applications are now open for organizations with projects ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 square feet in either King or Snohomish County.
Apply by Friday, July 26 here.
This one-day community-driven effort brings together Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBAKS) members and volunteers to revitalize the facilities of local service organizations through the transformative power of paint. Since its inception in 2003, PBT has been dedicated to uplifting and supporting local service organizations by providing much-needed painting services.
Over the years, PBT has painted hundreds of thousands of square feet for a diverse range of recipients, including nonprofits dedicated to poverty alleviation, special education programs, and more. 2023 recipient, Vision House, is a non-profit service provider that helps break the cycle of homelessness for families and children. Through these efforts, PBT has made a tangible difference in enhancing the environments where these vital organizations operate, fostering a sense of pride and renewed energy.
Painting a Better Tomorrow represents a collaborative effort between MBAKS and community volunteers to change the world one brushstroke at a time. A special thanks to our 2024 Community Partner, ERNwest.
