(map below) in Burien around 9 p.m. Tuesday night, May 17. Police say that the carjack victim suffered minor injuries, as well as an accident victim. Who pays for accident repairs to the law abiding citizen vehicle?
The insurance company for the driver will most likely sue the suspect for final costs. Then there also the court system that can try to get restitution.
it usually comes out of the drivers car insurance.
