Burien Indivisible will hold a community meeting Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Burien Library, with voting planning, preparations for an Oct. 17 No Kings rally and deescalation among the scheduled topics, according to the group.
The meeting will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the large meeting room on the library’s first floor in Burien.
The announcement lists Deputy Mayor Hugo Garcia, the King County Elections Commission and the League of Women Voters among the speakers and topics.
The gathering will also give attendees an opportunity to get to know one another, according to Burien Indivisible.
