Story & Photos by Sterling Paris Intern, Big Picture High School In downtown Burien at 627 SW 152nd Street you will find a cute hidden treasure of a shop called “ReTreasure.” This shop is a creative art studio for all ages, and is run by Yon Lemieux. Opening last September – with the help of an indiegogo fundraiser – Yon has been getting donations non-stop and has develuped a relationship with the community. ReTreasure isn’t like any typical art studio – all of their materials are used, reclaimed, reusable, and donated items. So please bring your kids and create them into something new, keeping planet Earth clean and full of color and culture! Oh, and they also have a cute bunny. ReTreasure is located at:
