REMINDER: Discover Burien’s annual ‘Boo In Burien’ will be held from 12 – 4 p.m. in the greater downtown B-Town area this Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023.

This free event will provide “scary fun for the ENTIRE family!” and will include free candy given out to kids at participating businesses.

“Throw on your costumes, capes, masks and hats for a fun trick-or-treat journey in Downtown Burien!” organizers said.


  • Free Trick or Treating
  • Free Hay Rides to/from Olde Burien and Town Square Park
  • 3 p.m.: Costume Dog Parade
  • Noon–3 p.m.: Free Kids Haunted House
  • Don’t forget to bring a bag or bucket for all that sweet candy loot.
  • Make sure to plan extra time in town to shop and dine as well.
  • Look for signs in the window of participating businesses and make sure to say “trick-or-treat”…and thank you!

And don’t forget for those 21+, the Creepy Crawlers Pub Crawl will run from 5 p.m. – Midnight!
