In addition to dozens of excited, screaming children (and teachers), Seahawks Julius Warmsley and Ricardo Lockette were on hand, along with some SeaGals and Blitz, the team mascot. “Thank you NFL, Seattle Seahawks, and Highline Public Schools’ Cedarhurst Elementary School for the amazing celebration of the Play60 grant that we’ve received!” NFL PLAY 60 is the National Football League’s campaign to encourage kids to be active for 60 minutes a day in order to help reverse the trend of childhood obesity.
