Home Invasion Robberies Lead To SWAT Standoff

According to The Seattle Times, up to three home invasion robberies early Sunday morning (May 31st) lead to a SWAT team standoff in a Burien apartment complex.

Three men in their 20s were arrested after hiding in a unit in the Veranda Green apartment building, located at 11301 26th Ave South in Burien.

Police say that a woman called 911 around 6am to report that three armed men had broken into her unit and stole some cash. The report also says that at least two other apartments in the complex were robbed as well…
